We celebrated Jeremy's 2nd birthday and aunt Rachel gave Avery these boots. As you can see they where a hit and we HAD to where them with our bathing suit!

Misadventures of Avery

While at preschool today, Avery fell and split her chin. The teachers felt she might need stiches, so I took her to the doctor. Here she is gettingout of the van for her appt.




Here she is waiting for her appointment. As you can tell, she really wasn't too upset or in too much pain.



Here she is getting preped for the glue. Luckily she did not requier actual stiches. It was a close call, but luckily it was small enough to be glued.

Here is the doctor getting ready to fix her up. What a brave girl!!!!!!

And here we are, all fixed up and happy!!!

And here is the finished product. A new scare very close to old one where she busted her chin the first time 2 years ago.

Brooke is now big enough to sit for short times in her little chair (it is like those bumbo seats, but better!) Thanks gramma and grumpa, it is a hit!

This one needs an explination. Avery had been outside eating one of those lick-a-stick candy things. We had put the sugar in a bowl for her and it was a warm day with a breeze. Her face got sweaty and the breeze blew the sugar on her face! And this was the result. She was not happy with me for interupting her while she was talking to Papa!

We were SO lucky this year that my older brother Brent was home for Easter!!! The kids thought Uncle Brent was a lot of fun!!!! Of course he is not around much and has not mastered the art of saying NO!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!!
